Winter Everest Marathon, December 01, (Every 2nd Year from 2025). Starting off from the high point of Mount Everest Base Camp approx. 5401m, running through the glaciers & moraines, crisscrossing the Sherpa highland through the Monasteries, Stupas, Hanging
Bridges, Rhododendron Forest, the Habitat of Musk Deers, amid the Hospitality of Sherpa Village Mountain Culture People living in the World's Highest National Park, situated in the Lap of Mount Everest Peak itself.
This Winter Everest Marathon also celebrates the first successful ascent of Mount Everest via its South West Face, the Hard Way, in 1975 by 2 British Climbers Dough Scott and Dugal Haston of the first British Team on Southwest Face led by Sir Chris Bonington.
